1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tv99" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and betting platform operated at tv99.io, including all associated services, features, tools, and content made available to registered users.
• "User", "Player", or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the tv99 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on tv99 through which that Player accesses gaming and betting services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Account using an accepted payment method that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credit awarded by tv99 to a Player's Account, which is subject to wagering requirements before it may be converted to a Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Balance funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount awarded.
• "Accepted Payment Methods" refers to the payment services currently supported by tv99 for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Services" means all products, features, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and support services provided by tv99.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the tv99 platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotional offer, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

• You are accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a tv99 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a tv99 employee or contractor.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on tv99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tv99 reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bets placed or bonuses claimed via duplicate accounts.

3.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested by tv99. You must update your account information promptly if any of the information changes. tv99 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or materially incomplete.

3.4 Account Verification

tv99 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, or ownership of a payment method. Acceptable documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, recent utility bill, or mobile money account statement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by tv99 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or closure of your account.

4 Account Management and Security

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. tv99 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone support. If you receive any communication purporting to be from tv99 requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify tv99 immediately. tv99 will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity. tv99 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your tv99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tv99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and tv99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit via mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within a short processing window under normal operating conditions.
• All funds deposited must be sourced from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• tv99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile money provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made using the exact reference details provided by tv99 at the time of the transaction. Deposits made without the correct reference may be subject to delays.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to six hours under normal operating conditions, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to the limits published in the tv99 payment information section.
• A minimum of one prior deposit must have been made before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Balance funds are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• tv99 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification requests must be satisfied before the withdrawal is released.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on tv99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied to transactions made using Accepted Payment Methods. All monetary amounts displayed in your account and in these Terms are in BDT unless otherwise specified.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

tv99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that govern their use, wagering requirements, expiry periods, and eligible games. These specific terms are published at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete account registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive the tv99 welcome bonus, currently offered as a 200% match bonus on the first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500.
• The maximum bonus amount awarded under the welcome offer is subject to the cap published at the time of the promotion.
• Wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus must be satisfied before bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to each eligible new player once only.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

tv99 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games, using automated software to place bets on bonus funds, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, tv99 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the player's account without prior notice.

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonus credits and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period, which will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Bonus funds that have not been used or had their wagering requirements satisfied before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules

All bets and wagers placed on tv99 are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and bet type — are correct before confirmation. tv99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a clear technical error by the platform has occurred.

7.2 Cricket Betting

Live and pre-match cricket betting is offered on selected domestic and international fixtures including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Cricket betting markets are governed by the specific rules published for each competition. 8 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or verification.

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or damage to data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by third-party service providers, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes tv99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy and Data

13 Amendments to These Terms
